I can never get through to speak to anyone on reception. I tried 14 times to get through last week in one morning. When I did finally get a telephone call appt booked the receptionist said it would be at lunch time, nothing received. Then as I’m putting my little boy to bed around 8ish a witheld number calls but I can’t get to it on time and it turns out it was the GP but I’d have to call to rearrange! So, another 16 times the next day. I also find it ridiculous that you have to call each day to get an appointment, you can’t book in advance. You can’t get through on the phones because everyone is ringing up at the same time for appointments.

I am now doing private thankfully and am waiting for a form to be completed. Sorry, this has to be said, really really bad service. We are moving in a few weeks do hopefully no more dealings go be had with this surgery. Looking at the reviews it appeared I am not alone.
