In the past two months my son and I have needed to be seen at the surgery several times and although it is very hard to get pre-bookable appointments and I do not understand how they work anymore I have always been encouraged to have a same day appointment. We have always been accommodated and seen by a Doctor. Since looking at the screen information in the waiting room we saw that the doctor has an interest in dermatology and so we have asked when he is available and yet again have been accommodated in appointments to see him.I am very impressed with how often we have been given appointments on the same day for non emergency complaints and I wish to thank you all very much.

The receptionists are friendly and helpful and one in particular has been so helpful to me trying to sort out some various appointments with well women clinic.I recently suffered the loss of my eldest daughter and at what has been an extremely stressful and emotional time for our family a member of staff has gone above and beyond to help me get the treatment I needed. Thank you all and God Bless you all.

Thank you for sharing this positive feedback. It is fantastic to read that the service you have received has been to a high standard and that each of our team has been caring and helpful. We are are aware that the current pre-bookable system is limited and are working on how else patients can access non-urgent care, for example by on-line e-consult or speciality clinics (dermatology, heart advice, women's health etc) . We would like to wish you and your family well during this very sad time.
