I’ve been using the surgery for over 10 years now. For a while, things were going down hill, not because of the level of care but because of the (then) rude reception staff.

I’m very pleased to say that this has now changed. In my most recent experience the reception staff couldn’t have been any better.

The new system is also a massive improvement, made better by having a paramedic available to help triage and give advice, saving everyone time.

It’s fair to say that all the staff are under extreme pressure as this is the only surgery in town, yet they are still trying to do their best.
