Every time I go and see a GP at this surgery, I feel I'm being rushed through the appointment and get treated like doctors have more important things to do. The manner of the doctors leaves a lot to be desired as well. The last doctor I saw behaved like a robot, asking questions in a mechanical way and showing exasperation whenever I needed a bit of thinking time to describe my symptoms.
The receptionists are often rude on the phone and the only nurse I've experienced was once so clumsy when extracting blood, that I ended up with a substantial amount of blood dripping down my arm.
On a different occasion, a doctor who no longer works there asked me to "get decent" after he examined a lump in my breast.
I don't think patients get treated with dignity and frankly wonder how they get away with it.
"Appalling service"
