About: Dorset County Hospital / Accident and emergency

The wait was about 3 hours, but I cannot fault the staff. Friendly, efficient and really amazing with my 10 year old son. They spoke to him, not me, and gave him loads of information about what was happening and why, with patience and humour. Brilliant.

Hello, it is fantastic to hear about the care you received from the team in the Emergency Department – this is the high standard of care and communication that we hope to achieve for all our patients, and it is great to see we are getting it right.
