"Emergency care"

About: Royal Oldham Hospital / Vascular surgery

I was fortunate enough to use the Pennine Trust hospitals when I had a mini stroke a few weeks ago. Their pathway for treatment is professional and seamless in its efficiency. I presented to Fairfield hospital on Thursday night, had tests and referred to Rochdale on the Friday where I saw a consultant, who admitted me to Oldham at 4pm in the afternoon. More tests and an operation on Saturday morning. By Monday morning, I was discharged. I have minimal scarring and am making good progress.

I was treated with respect and care at all times.

Having a mini- stroke is very unfortunate, but being in such capable hands was very lucky indeed. Thank you to all the excellent staff.

Thank you for your feedback, which has been shared with the Bury Care Organisation; they are delighted to learn that you were happy with the care you received and had a good experience.

All members of staff consistently strive to provide the best quality care they can, and are glad that your experience reflected this. It is so rewarding for the staff to hear these kind comments; it is very much appreciated. Thank you so much.

Regards,
