i attended this clinic for a recall from a routine mammogram.

I cannot praise highly enough the staff whose job it was to further investigate and diagnose my breast cancer on that day.

I was treated with respect and sensitivity. A biopsy was taken and an ultrasound given. The process was clearly explained at each stage.

I was given the fullest possible information by my superb consultant. A sympathetic and supportive specialist nurse then explained everything again very clearly and gave even more detail. Although it was not easy to hear I was assured of a positive outcome and how that would be achieved. My husband and I were shown kindness and understanding.

The results from my biopsy were phoned through a week later as promised.

The care and thoughtfulness I was given at a personally challenging time were of the highest standard and the staff at this clinic are a credit to the hospital and to the NHS at a time when the pressures are great.
