"My"SPIRE" Experience"

I arrived at the Spire at 7.30am for my up coming Operation,was taken to my Private Room by a very pleasant Hostess & was informed i was 4th on the List for my Hip Operation that day,i was visited several times by very Helpful & Informative Staff! Even though i was waiting longer than i had anticipated,time for my Butterflies to well take hold,Staff reassurance was readily on hand! & the visit by Surgeon & Annaethiasist was reassuring! The Time had come & i was taken down to the Theater Butterflies & All. More Friendly Staff as i lay on the Trolly,a painless jab & i was Asleep aah! The next i knew i was in my Room being called,Yes Operation over a Success! Stiff & Sore Yes but Happy! Over the next day & a half plenty of Staff visits with Painkillers & Food Menus.The Female Physio was very Professional & Friendly & the more i practiced within reason on my Crutches the Better & Confident i became! The 2nd day after the Op if i managed the Stairs on my Crutches i was on the way Home! Needless to say i was looking forward to this morning but more nervous than taking my Driving Test,well i Passed,waited for some Medication collected the Help Aids they supplied to help me at Home with my Recovery,Two members of Staff even helped take them to the Car that was picking me up & with a Wave i was Gone! What a Great Place with an Even GREATER TEAM! Thank you All!!!
