"An excellent service"

About: Chapel Allerton Hospital

I was referred to Chapel Allerton Hospital in December 2017, as I had a basal cell carcinoma on my nose.

I saw the consultant in January 2018, followed by mohs surgery in March. From my experience, I found all grades of staff in this unit to be totally dedicated to their job and extremely kind and caring.

Mohs surgery is, in my opinion, excellent, as lesion removal, pathology testing and wound closure are all dealt with in one day.

Less than three months after my surgery, following another wound check, I have now been discharged by the hospital. I am delighted with the work performed by this team and offer them my sincere Thanks.

Thank you so much for taking the time to write to us.

Your post is wonderful to read and I am extremely pleased that you had such a positive experience whilst in are care.

It is wonderful to know that you found all the staff to be dedicated, kind and caring throughout your treatment.

I have passed your lovely kind words onto the matron for Dermatology and asked that she share your positive feedback with the team. I know that all the staff will be delighted to know that they are delivering a level of care that met your needs and fulfilled all your expectations.

With kindest regards
