"Worst GP consultation I have ever experienced"

About: Valentine Health Partnership

The doctor did not ask why I had come or take a full medical history. They did not seem particularly interested in my problem. Did not ask questions regarding health promotion such as whether I am a smoker or drink alcohol. Advice given was worse than that I had previously received at boots. Complete waste of time!

I am sorry to hear of your dissatisfaction with the clinician you saw.

Without knowing the details of your visit it is difficult to speak to the clinician you saw and to address the issues you have raised. If you would like us to investigate this further then please do write into the complaints administrator who would be happy to take this further.
