I had an appointment at NHS Forth Valley Larbert to remove a suspicious growth.
Receptionist was lovely and gave me directions to the appropriate department. On arrival at the Ambulatory Care department, the receptionist there greeted and welcomed me very warmly.
I only had to wait a few minutes before Kirsty, S/N, took me through to the room where the minor op would take place. There I met Pamela. S/N and Mary, A/N. All three ladies were exceptionally kind and friendly and put me at ease immediately.
Kirsty explained the procedure thoroughly then Pamela undertook it very skillfully.
On leaving, Mary accompanied me to the exit and made sure I had the relevant after care leaflet.
From start to finish I was in and out in abut 30 minutes.
Every member of staff I spoke to welcomed me warmly and were extremely professional and friendly.
The care shown is beyond words and you can't put a price on that. These ladies are worth their weight in gold and should be treated with great respect for their never ending caring and skills.
"Exceptionally kind and friendly"
