"Disappointed"

About: Calderdale Royal Hospital / Trauma and orthopaedics

Went to a&e early hours on a Saturday night and all was fine was seen by a doctor straight away and only really had to wait for xray and review - the doctor called me over to look at the X-ray and showed me a break on my middle finger and a fracture on my ring finger I then returned 10 days later for the doctor to tell me I’d only broken my middle finger and nothing was wrong with the ring finger it was just bruised I told the doctor the first doctor who did my X-ray showed me the fracture on the X-ray n he laughed under his breath n told me it wasn’t fractured - didn’t check the X-ray in front of me to show me it wasn’t - he then looked at my fingers and pushed them down on the table and told me I needed to straighten them (which I understand) however when it came to my ring finger I burst out crying (odd to have so much pain from a finger when there’s nothing wrong with it) but now I can’t straighten it and after googling it I could have ruined my tendons - just upset because I feel that either the doctor from a&e has got it wrong and I’m over reacting or the doctor who I went in to see has got it wrong and let me go home trying to straighten a finger that shouldn’t be straight.
