Once again the surgery (both Stirling Road and Chard road) have come up trumps in ensuring all patients can access thier accounts,such as repeats and appointments as smoothly as possible, after the on line change from Ocean health to Patient Access.

I found that after being with Ocean health from the very beginning, that with the online change all my account information was no longer available to me.

Concern obviously,but once problem was brought to the attention of Stirling Road Surgey (namely Shirley Alger),she spent a great deal of time and patience, in ensuring my account was restored to normal and that I could access all my original account details.

It takes a professional surgery to offer that kind of personal service,many would say get on with it.

So once again I highly praise Patient Access for all that it offers and achieves,plus the staff of both surgeries who I have since 1971, found to be always very friendly and professional.
