"POOR SERVICE ON PRESCRIPTIONS"

About: Downlands Medical Centre

I was admitted to hospital with a fractured hip due to a cycling accident. On my discharge as I was unable to stay at my home so am recovering at my daughters in West Sussex. I was needing a prescription so requested it be sent to the chemist near my daughter. After one week this did not arrive, today two weeks later and no prescription has been sent .

I have had to resort to ordering my prescription from an online chemist, this arrived in one day from ordering.

It seems a shame the surgery is failing like this.
