"My physiotherapy apppointment"

About: Adult community health services / Musculoskeletal physiotherapy service

(as the patient),

Following an appointment with my GP regarding pain on the bottom of my feet I was referred to a physiotherapist at Bridgwater Hospital.   I was happy with how the physiotherapist treated and advised me with the next steps.   However, I felt that their manner was not as good as it could have been.   I felt that they were cold and not sympathetic to my case.  Their "bedside care" was sadly lacking.

Hello,

Thank you for taking the time to leave your feedback. I'm sorry that the physiotherapist that you saw was cold and unsympathetic. I have passed this feedback to the Physiotherapy Service Manager who will share it with the team. We do appreciate you leaving this feedback and it is a useful reminder for staff of the importance of care and communication.

Thank you again for your feedback and I hope you are soon on the mend.

Kind regards, LUCY
