"Poor service"

I registered as a patient around 6 months ago. Until now, every contact I had with the surgery was stressful. It’s almost impossible to get an appointment. On-line appointments are sometimes available, sometimes not. You have to call for hours to get someone on the other line and even during the opening hours in several occasions I received an automatic answer that I am calling out of regular opening hours. I have repeated prescriptions and still constantly having problems when ordering it. First it was sent to the pharmacy in the area where I was living before, then the medicine I am taking to control my asthma was randomly changed in my records. Although it was the same brand, the ingredients level was different what caused me breathing problems and still it toke over a week for me to get a GP appointment. The doctor I spoke to didn’t know what to do with me so I had to repeat constantly that my medicine was changed and that I need the one I have been using for years. I had to pay for now the correct medicine again. After that I asked for 2 inhalators as I am traveling a lot and is always such a painful procedure to receive your prescriptions (and every other surgery was offering me 2 inhalators per order), but still got only one. Then I we t to visit thdm, they gave me the second one but used the separate prescription and I had to pay twice. So I keep paying their staff’s mistakes. I had appointments with nurses in 3 occassions and all off them very unpleasant and I couldn’t wait to leave the room. First one was when I just signed in. The lady asked me about diabetes in my family. I said my father had it. When she asked if he is controlling it I advised that he passed away. At that point she started to laugh saying that we can’t say he is controlling it then?! Do you find appropriate to make jokes about such a tragic event a person is going through? Then I visited another nurse twice. She is obviously very tired of working with people, patronising the patient, accting also very rude and not listening at all what the patient is saying. This is definitely the worse GP I ever used. I did saw all bad reviews before I signed in but still wanted to give it a try as it’s very close to my home. But the level of service they are offering is extremely bad.
