About: Royal Hallamshire Hospital

(as the patient),

I was happy founding out what was wrong with me and understand test results take a couple of weeks to come through but was told changing my medication to help with pain but would have to go to my doctors to get it only to find nothing has been emailed through or faxed so now I, m in a lot of pain which is affecting my walking every time I ring the department keep getting told to ring back later. I have no faith in the NHS at all. I am now having to go online and get painkillers for my condition from abroad. I feel they have let me down.

Thank you for leaving feedback and we are really sorry to learn that you feel let down by the services you have attended. We would be really pleased to look into this further, as we certainly never want any patient to feel this way. If you do wish us to investigate this matter for you please do not hesitate to contact our Patient Services Team, either by calling them on 0114 271 2400 or by emailing them at pst@sth.nhs.uk

With thanks and best wishes
