"Wonderful caring staff"

I cannot fault the staff on the Acute Medicine Unit who were looking after our Mum who was dying. Their care of her at such a distressing time was faultless. The doctor and his staff, had the time and patience to explain to us and we didn’t feel at any time that we were being rushed with her care. We felt totally involved with the decisions made in respect of her pain relief. They looked after us also which was truly appreciated as we stayed with our Mum until she passed away. They should be really proud of themselves and I cannot thank them enough as they have given us a loving memory of her last few days before she left us to join our dad in heaven.
