"My very special mother deserves very special care"

My intelligent, dignified mother did not want to leave her flat, but once she was settled in the Red Rocks, she has not looked back. She is very complimentary about the staff, the food and the excellent quality of care. My sister and I only want the best for our mother and we are thrilled that she is so happy. Her latest outing was to see the Terracotta Warriors in the Liverpool museum which she was so thrilled to see. Above everything else it is the wonderful group of people who look after her and welcome us into her new home. Last week on returning from an outing, tea was brought up to us in her room, and then a violin player who had been giving a concert down in the lounge, came to play to anybody who might have missed out. I just hope that I am able to have this quality of care when I am 97.
