Following a fall in which I landed very heavily on my tailbone and was in quite a lot of pain, as I have osteopenia I visited the minor injuries unit.
From the moment I arrived I was treated with care and kindness and professionalism.
I was thoroughly examined and x rayed and given lots of advice about the injury.
I cannot thank the staff enough for their care and kindness, it makes such a difference when you are in pain.
