About: Lincoln County Hospital / Older people's healthcare

One member of staff has an awful attitude to both patients & visitors. Ignores buzzer & hardly managed to interact with patients. The rest of the staff are amazing. The HCA's in general are a credit to the ward, especially 2 bank ones

This is such a disappointing read; when the team is let down by one person and I am really sorry this was the case.

The attitude you describe is absolutely not what we expect.

It will be difficult to address this directly without further details (which you can give to us via PALS if you wish, quoting 539539 (the number of this story) but please be assured that we have shared this regardless and perhaps that one person recognises who they are.....

Of course more positively alongside this, your experience of the amazing staff has been shared too; thank you for taking the time to post this feedback for us - it is really valuable.
