"Cataract surgery"

About: Norfolk & Norwich University Hospital / Ophthalmology

I recently had cataract surgery at the Nelson Day Unit and would like to say how grateful I am to all the staff for the kindness and care I received during the procedures on both eyes (March and April).

The staff were very professional, dispelled my anxiety with their gentle humour and gave me complete confidence that i was getting the very best treatment possible.

Today I had the post cataract check up for the second eye (now possible at some opticians if the procedure was uncomplicated) and now only need corrective glasses for reading.

Words cannot express the difference this has made to my life, thank you all so very much.
