"Lovely midwives, but they slammed the doors constantly"

Care of the midwives was lovely. Doors need to be closed manually of a night time as birth partners and midwifes were letting doors slam constantly through the night which massively hindered my nights sleep.

Thank you for taking the time to share your experience of our maternity service. I am pleased that you received lovely care from the midwives. This is important to us as we always strive to provide compassionate care.

I am sorry to hear that you were disturbed during the night by the doors slamming, please accept our apologies. I will ensure that the maternity teams are aware of your comments so that they can be quieter when closing the doors.
