Attended A&E Victoria Hospital after Mum fell and cut her head on concrete. Seen very quickly by triage nurse then received excellent compassionate care from nurse practitioner and physiotherapist.
I have been sole full-time carer for Mum for five years and this is the first time I have felt truly supported. My thanks to Fiona and Holly for helping us not just with this incident but addressing the bigger picture.
