I came in with extreme dysphagia hoping to get some answers. The endoscopy unit at West Mid were so friendly, funny and kind, it completely took me out of the situation. The doctor repositioned to allow me to watch the screen as the scope descended and showed me exactly what was wrong.

Fantastic service, cracked jokes with them and wouldn't hesitate to come again if needed. Hospitals are still far from my favourite places in this world, but as far as they go, West Mid is alright.
