"Not up to scratch"

About: Spire Little Aston Hospital

I’ve used a couple of private hospitals for day procedures.

Spire was pretty good, but with a few notable exceptions.

The room on the day was pretty snappy and my gown had blood marks on it from a prior patients use, clean no doubt but stained never the less.

I felt they sent me home before I was well enough but I was too groggy to realise before I was feeling nauseous on the motorway.

They sent me home with drugs I needed to pay for without telling me I needed to pay. I received an invoice after the effect and they told me that it was included in the admissions documentation. The admissions lady told me I would be advised in advance if I needed to pay for anything.

In short I am left feeling a bit flat and cheated by the experience, but at leat the specialist seems to have done the surgery well.

Good Afternoon,

We're sorry your experience at Spire Little Aston wasn't up to the usual standard. We take all complaints very seriously and would like to look into this further.

Are you able to contact Sarah Timperley on 0121 580 7180 to discuss your complaint further?

Kind regards
