"Trying to have heart treatment before being to ill"

About: Hinchingbrooke Hospital / Cardiology

(as the patient),

I have had nothing but trouble with the appointment system constantly chasing follow up appointments each consultant give dierant reasons parts oF my medical Files are missing this has been going on or at least 5 years now please help me
