"Couldn't have asked for better care"

About: Victoria Hospital / Endoscopy

(as the patient),

Attended Victoria Hospital, Kirkcaldy for an endoscopy. Was quite nervous but I have to say, all the staff were absolutely brilliant. Made me feel at ease, talking me through what would happen, and really lightened the mood with a laugh and a joke. Was well looked after and couldn't have asked for better care.

How lovely to read your comments on Care Opinion following your Endoscopy at the Victoria Hospital.

It's understandable that you were nervous before your procedure but nice to hear that the staff helped put you at ease with their humour.
