iam really pleased with all the treatment i have received so far i have had CT scan, ultrasound, MRI and iam now waiting for a total hysterectomy. all staff have been lovely and feel like i have had quite a personal treatment so far. I even had a telephone apology from my consultation when my first operation had to be cancelled.Fingers crossed I wont be waiting for long.

We try our hardest to provide the best quality of care that we can and the best experience for our patients.

We are proud that the number of procedures that have to be cancelled at short notice is low but we do appreciate that every cancellation that has to be made affects someone. Late cancellations are almost always caused by something unforeseen happening, such as equipment failure, consultant illness, or complications arising with prior cases in theatre. I hope that your treatment was re-arranged quickly but should you have any queries about this our admissions department will be able to help.
