"Making a difference to people's lives"

About: Northumbria Specialist Emergency Care Hospital

(as a relative),

My mum was admitted via ambulance. Despite not really knowing what the main issues were at the time of admission the A&E staff worked tirelessly to find the cause using every resource available to them. I can't fault any of their efforts. Thank you.

A cause was found and dealt with immediately by ambulatory care Mr Burns and his team (Dr Bob) were outstanding in the care, time and effort took to explain exactly what needed to be done and how they were going to do it.

Mum was made very at ease. I think that both are outstanding doctors and their team are second to none. Thank you all for your care & dedication in what you do on a daily basis.

Thank you all, carry on doing what you do it's you that really do make a difference to peoples lives.

Dear Dodds,

So sorry to hear about your mums admission to hospital and I do hope she is on the mend and feeling brighter.

It is lovely to know that you felt so well informed and that your mum was seen immediately on arrival in our ambulatory care department. The team will very much appreciate you taking the time to share your Mother’s experience with us –they’ll feel proud to know you thought their care was second to none. I will ensure it reaches Mr Burns and his team including Dr Bob.

All the best to you and your mother.

Take care,

Annie
