"recent visit"

About: Pendle Community Hospital

I have just visited a patient and was surprised to see the rounding log complated for the bay without the student nurse checking any of the patients. the rounding logs ate not meant to be a tick box exercise.

I would of expexted to see that patients were blanching but had not been checked. student nurses need to be checking patients skin properly and should be shown properly. by the way I'm a nurse and Im shocked to see this not being done!
