"Unreachable, unhelpful - Do not pick up phones"

About: Whipps Cross University Hospital / Maternity

I have two weeks of calling them and nobody answers, because I missed when they called me. For two weeks I've called about 10 times a day at least and nobody is picking up the receiver. And do you think we're paying huge taxes / insurance so they will not answer a phone ? they probably drink their coffee in the meantime...
