About: Golden Jubilee National Hospital / Outpatients

(as a service user),

staff at the Golden Jubilee were excellent and the scope was carried out in a professional manner .On discharge I was advised that my biopsy results would be available in 10 days and to contact my GP. 4 weeks later and results are still not available - reception staff from the GP practice have informed me that the pathology results always take a number of weeks. 

i feel this has added to my anxiety regarding my results

It is lovely to read that staff at the hospital were excellent; however I was disappointed to read that the lack of results to your GP has added to your anxiety.
