Had a coil fitted in 2 years ago at market street clinic, went back last year to have it removed and was told it must have fallen out seen they could not find it, i had 3-5 people with different skills and knowledge coming into the room to try and find it and was told its definitely out.
Early this year i was my GP has and was sent for a scan, my coil was still there was told its high up and its hidden would have to go to the hospital to have it removed.
Had my appointment on 29/5/18 clinic was busy the doctor I was meant to see was running an hour 15mins late was later seen by another doctor and a nurse, it took less than 5mins and my coil was out, they were very professional and made me feel at ease during the whole process.
I am so grateful and once again thank you for taking good care of me.
