About: Back on Track (Hammersmith and Fulham IAPT)

(as a service user),

I would like to say a big thank you to the Back on Track services for helping me to cope with the intense stress I was under. I was seen promptly and all the staff who were involved in my care treated me with dignity and respect. I have been working hard to use the techniques my practitioner gave me, and it has made a real difference to how I approach circumstances which have been out of control in my life. Should I need further support later down the line I will be sure to self-refer again.
