About: Lanarkshire Community Services / GP Out of Hours service NHS 24 / NHS 24 (111 service)

(as the patient),

I had an appointment at out of hours in Hamilton with chest pains.

upon entering I was booked in then taken through for my observations to be done by a young male nurse. very caring after that I waited in the waiting room for a maximum of 5 minutes before a doctor shouted me through. The Dr was equally as nice and listened to me without making me feel rushed.

I was given a prescription and let home.
