(as a service user),

What I felt was good about my experience was the adviser that I came to see, she was cheery, welcoming and had a friendly smile. I felt I was able to tell her things that I hadn't been able to tell others and knew this information was private and confidential. I felt more confident and was able to see how things could be done in a different way, and be able to talk about different things at home I was once apprehensive to do so.

She is a real gem 🙂

Hi and thank you for sharing your experience of using our service. Its good to hear you were welcomed well and you found our staff member easy to talk with. This is so important to but people at ease so they can be open about their personal issues. It's great to hear you were able to work through things and look at different ways to handle things differently, that is a key skill in all the work we do.
