I received excellent service when I went in to the day bed ward for a bone marrow test, not something I was looking forward to.

I was taken in on time, not being kept waiting helped as it stopped me thinking about it too much. Jane, the nurse who took care of me, was absolutely excellent as far as I was concerned. She explained what was going to happen, was patient  answering my questions and made me feel relaxed.
