"Someone telling you they understand makes a whole lot of difference"

About: Ealing Liaison Psychiatry

(as the patient),

I felt acknowledged in my condition and suffering. When you suffer from a mental illness, an invisible enemy that you have to fight against everyday, sometimes for years, someone telling you that its real and that they understand makes a whole lot of difference.
