Got here 10 minutes early for 3.40 appointment. It is now4.48. Over an hour waiting past my wife’s appointment time. Had we arrived an hour late we would not be seen. But as NHS patient we are expected to wait without complaining. My wife does not want me to complain or make a fuss. Discussed with poor treatment. Private patients coming and only waiting 5 minutes.
Very poor.
