"Excellent treatment and extremely efficient"

About: Addenbrooke's Hospital / Rheumatology

I was referred to the back pain service by my GP earlier this year.

I would like to say thank you and give my feedback to the services and staff I received treatment from. During the whole process of assessment, treatment and follow up I received clear communication as to when and where my appointments would be, how long I would have to wait for onward referrals or procedures and even received telephone calls to discuss my treatment plan. My journey was made very simple by the processes in place between departments.

Every appointment ran on time and I was treated with dignity and respect, given full explanations by the highly professional staff. I felt very supported emotionally as well as physically and that I was listened to if I had any concerns or questions.

The treatment I received was very successful and hopefully I will not have to return to the service but I would have full confidence in the staff in the future if I do so.
