"Brilliant Service"

I cant thank Bolton Medical Centre enough for what they have done for me over the past 6 months, they have gone above and beyond to help me come through an extremely difficult patch in my life. The reception staff always have time for me, I feel they seem to get a lot of abuse from other patients who are less understanding. I witnessed a gentleman verbally abuse three of the receptionist, it was awful to watch so I cant imagine what it was like for them. They stayed calm and professional and didn't raise their voices back to him. The practice manager then spoke with him and took him in a private room. It would seem the reception staff take the bulk of the abuse and people should realise that they have feelings too.
