"NO better treatment than NHS."

Even though I paid a package price from the hospital for my whole treatment, the hospital has billed me with two X rays and a cast which I paid for in my package

I had an apology from the Pay Department the first time this happened.

This has just happened , again with my next X ray..

Who is sunctioning these bills I wonder?

The whole experience is no better than on the NHS.

I have not been expected to put my own compression socking on myself on the NHS.
