As an old person with arthritic/rheumatic joints and associated conditions, I find the self referral physio service a great help in keeping me mobile and independent.
Recently, I have been using the service more than once a year; each time the member of staff has been knowledgeable and I have been dealt with in a friendly and respectful way.
My thanks to those concerned and the managers of the Physiotherapy service for making the self referral service very user friendly.
