(as the patient),

I attended my first gynaecology appointment since having my children over 40 years ago. I was a bit apprehensive as it would be intimate and I wasn't quite sure what to expect.

I need not have worried from the moment of coming into the department, to the moment of my leaving the hospital altogether I was so well looked after, treated so well and kindly, everyone so polite and pleasant, especially the nurse who assisted at my first appointment, that I was really happy, enjoyed my time, even the little operation that I had was pleasant and the staff so kind, that I went home telling every one that I had enjoyed myself, with lots of laughs along the way.

Thank you to all concerned for a wonderful experience, good laugh and relief from my problem, I cannot thank you enough. Bless you all.
