"Things seem to be improving..."

At last things are looking better. Phoned at 8.40in the vague hope I might get an appointment but held out little hope!!

Engaged at first... tried again and put in a queue of 5 which rapidly came down to me in about a minute. This is amazing I thought.

Described the problem................ you can see one particular doctor 9.30.

Now that's impressive. This particular doctor was friendly, helpful and pleasant as usual

I would give 5 stars for eveything but not sure if I was just lucky today....... lets hope it continues.

Anyway, well done Wheatfield and keep up the good work and improvements...
