You can not get an appointment in advance as the only do on the day appointments.

The reception staff are difficult and rude and rarely understand the reasons for appointments needed, this is very sad as they deal with sick people and mentally ill patients.

I feel they could benefit from training in customer care.

I have had this repeatedly trying to book an appointment on the day!

We were very disappointed to read your comments. We do offer pre-bookable appointments, both face to face and via the telephone, along with appointments available to book on the day. We apologise if you were not aware of this. We would also like to assure you that all of our reception team receive regular customer care training.
