"Our visit to Robin House"

From the moment we spoke on the phone to the staff at Robin house we felt we were special. Everyone was so happy to hear from us and even more delighted to meet us. 

While there the staff couldn’t do enough to help, care for and amuse us all as a family. Mum and dad were able to participate as much of as little as they wanted. They were a bit reluctant to leave me at first as we normally spend all our time together. But the staff were more than capable of keeping me amused and safe. Next time we go they will be more relaxed. 

We all had so much fun.

Hello Wizzyboy

Thank you so much for taking time to tell us about your experience using Robin House. Our staff love meeting all the children and families who are referred to us, and I am really pleased to hear that they made you, your mum and dad feel so special. You all deserve it.

It looks as though you got up to lots of things during your visit, and it is good to know that your mum and dad felt that the staff were able to keep you safe. I will make sure that I tell them how much you enjoyed your visit.

We look forward to seeing you at your next visit, when I am sure that you will be involved in lots more fun activities.
