"Dermatologist appointment"

Absolutely shocked at the new dermatologist I had seen today! I came out of work as it’s the only appointment they had despite waiting 4 months which should only of been 6 weeks. Finally got into see the consultant after waiting 40 minutes, for him to book me in for my steroid injections! What the hell was the point of that?? Why book me in with someone that can’t do what I need doing! I now have to wait another 2 and a half months for the next appointment. Now if that wasn’t the cherry on the cake I got home with my prescription to notice he had stuck a sticker with another patients name on where my name should be on the prescription! So after phoning all afternoon and being passed pillow to post I am now nowhere closer to getting my prescription sorted as no one answered the calls
