"Mortimer has been looking after my health for..."

I have been to Mortimer for 10 years for vaccinations, STD screenings, professional advice and medication. Each time I am very satisfied with their discreet handling of each appointment, hygiene approach and medical advices. I feel safe and assured that I am well looked after. I remember when i really needed their help years ago and they looked after me like I mattered to them. A member of staff was there and he continues to help others until to this day. I agree that waiting time could be improved but please understand (in response to other reviews about mortimer) that the nhs is overstretched and not receiving enough funding. With that in mind I am grateful the centre is still running.
